Navigating the parking from level 2 up is a hassle; having to spiral through more than 15 turns just to find a spot is quite frustrating.Exiting the building is difficult because turning right onto the main road is nearly impossible, especially during peak hours.

The room was stupendous and the view from the balacony was wonderful. Having a soak in the plunge pool on the 22 floor was quite an experience. The staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was also very good with an incredible selection of dishes. We would certainly come here again.
I like the idea of having a pool inside the room, but actually, the pool has no system to make the water warm so it was very cold all day..so we couldn't enjoy swimming or relaxing inside the pool maybe if staying in summer would be different..The room and the bath are large.Contains a kids zone, and many facilities liked by children.
*No system to warm the pool water...*The pillow cover was clean but the pillow under the cover was dirty. Maybe either change them or secure the cover above them.* The water became cold while taking a shower*The breakfast contains many items but almost all of them are Malaysian.*The refilling of items in the breakfast was done by only one person, so it was very, very slow, so you will complete your breakfast depending on a few items available because there is only an empty plate with no refilling. Even the coffee machine has no coffee, and the second time, it has no milk...they need more staff.*The price is over compared to what they offer..*They need to do renovations to the place.

The staff didn't elaborate about the elevator. Kind of confused because we couldn't find our floor. Then we asked the maintenance staff, they told us that we have to use the right sided elevator to go to that floor.

So call 5 Star Hotel. This property doesn’t carry 5 star hotel properties. Feels like you are entering a hospital rather than a hotel. Really amazed how they called it as 5 star

Overall, the property is clean and organized. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Location-wise is not favourable, located about 30 minutes from George Town. If you are a family traveller with children, you will enjoy a whole day stay in the hotel room facing the sea and a private pool all day long.
The location and surroundings. The main road outside the hotel is super heavy traffic, and with no traffic lights. Turning right, heading towards town, will be super challenging. The parking bays are very narrow, so if you are driving a 4x4 or MPV will be difficult to maneuver.
